Pinotage
First developed by Professor A Peroldt at Stellenbosch University in 1925, Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. Wines made from Pinotage have abundant fruity flavours on the nose and palate.  This variety has also been shown to age well in the bottle.

The following are the yeasts we recommend for best results with Pinotage grapes:
AWRI 796
BP 725
Maurivin B
