mauriferm™ Plus is recommended for improving fermentation and reducing the risk of stuck and sluggish fermentations. This reliable fermentation aid contains inactive dried yeast, thiamine and di-ammonium phosphate within OIV specifications. Added 1/3 of the way through fermentation or at the first sign of slowing, mauriferm™ Plus is added at 300 ppm (30 g/hL) directly to the fermentation.
