mauriferm™ Gold is the perfect blend of inactive dried yeast, nitrogen, vitamins and minerals that are vital for yeast growth and is the essential fermentation aid to have in your winery/brewery.

Stuck and sluggish fermentations are time consuming and costly to a winemaker during vintage.

There are numerous reasons for these troublesome ferments, including incorrect yeast rehydration procedures used, inhibitory substances in the grape must, the physiological conditions of fermentation, and the nutritional quality of the grape must.

To overcome stuck and sluggish fermentations as a result of a poor nutritional quality grape must, AB Mauri has designed the optimum blend of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that allow the yeast to continue to ferment grape sugars despite the low nutritional quality of the grape must.

Added 1/3 of the way through fermentation or at the first sign of slowing, mauriferm™ Gold will be added at 300 ppm (30 g/hL) directly to the fermentation.
